“Bring Home the Bud was a highly awarded Budweiser campaign by Wieden+Kennedy, earning the Titanium Lion at the Cannes Lions. The campaign responded to the 2022 FIFA World Cup alcohol ban in Qatar by transforming a crisis into a global rallying cry & sending unsold beer to the winning nation, Argentina.”
When the news broke, our team moved immediately. In just nine days, we took a script and a single reference image of beer in a warehouse and transformed them into a 15-second social spot that aired during the World Cup Final and was used as a key piece of marketing material for the campaign.
